You will support the Bid Team by taking direct ownership of CV management, candidate compliance, and administrative tendering documentation, ensuring that every profile and annex is audit-proof, tailored to scoring criteria, and fully submission-ready.\nKey Responsibilities\nCV Management & Compliance: Collect, format, and tailor expert CVs to strictly match specific EU tender templates, job descriptions, and evaluation criteria, identifying gaps and highlighting key references.\n Administrative Documentation Ownership: Review and summarize non-technical tender requirements (eligibility, non-exclusion, certifications, legal and financial annexes) and maintain admin checklists.\nAdmin & Candidate Tracking: Prepare and maintain centralized CV trackers, admin repositories, and contributor schedules to ensure zero delays in non-technical streams.\nSubmission Logistics: Consolidate, check signatures, format, and assemble complete, audit-ready administrative packs in line with formal tender guidelines.\nContent Knowledge Management: Maintain and update internal libraries of reusable administrative assets, VAT certificates, partner credentials, and tagged high-quality CV profiles.\nTeam Support: Support meeting logistics and provide updated candidate profiles to delivery and staffing teams upon award.\nProfile Requirements\nBackground: Experience in IT Recruitment, HR Operations, Pre-sales Administration, or Public Procurement / EU Tender Support.\nProfile Focus: Strong appetite for technical profiles, sourcing nuances, and a genuine desire to build long-term expertise in public tender administration.\nMeticulous Attention to Detail: Zero-tolerance approach to formatting errors, missing data, or administrative inconsistencies.\nAutonomy & Organization: Highly structured approach to document handling, file naming conventions, and deadline management.\nCommunication & English Skills: Strong written and verbal communication in English, with the ability to interface with technical experts and partners effectively.\n Tools: Advanced proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS
