You will contribute to modern analytics solutions using dbt, SQL and PySpark, with a strong focus on data modelling, quality, testing and performance.\nKey Responsibilities\n· Design and develop reliable and scalable data transformation pipelines.\n· Build, maintain and optimise dbt projects and modern data models.\n· Implement data quality checks, automated testing and regression validation.\n· Develop SQL and PySpark transformations for large-scale data processing.\n· Translate business requirements and legacy processing logic into modern data transformations.\n· Document solutions and promote dbt best practices within the team.\nProfile requirements\n· EQF Level 6 or higher in Computer Science, IT, Systems Engineering or a related field.\n· Strong hands-on experience with dbt, preferably dbt Core.\n· Advanced SQL skills and solid experience with modern data modelling.\n· Practical experience with PySpark, Apache Spark and Apache Iceberg.\n· Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, automated deployment and job orchestration.\n· Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and documentation skills\nDesired Assets\nWhile not required, the following qualifications would be considered an advantage:\n· Experience optimising Spark jobs and distributed data workloads.\n· In-depth knowledge of Apache Iceberg, including schema/partition evolution, snapshots and performance optimisation.\n· Experience with orchestration tools such as Dagster.\n· Knowledge of SAS-based ETL and experience migrating legacy SAS workflows to dbt and PySpark.\n· Experience working in
