Occasional travel to Germany is likely; colleagues from Germany will also visit the Lisbon team.\nLevel: Senior : minimum 8 years in IT project management, of which at least 3 leading multi-market or international rollouts.\nResponsibilities :\nROLLOUT PLANNING AND EXECUTION\nDrive the deployment of global customer service capabilities and standards across markets through structured planning and execution governance\nCoordinate end-to-end rollouts from planning through go-live and stabilisation\nPlan cutovers so that live customer service operations continue with minimal disruption\nTrack progress, milestones, and delivery commitments across parallel market rollouts\nREADINESS AND ADOPTION\nEnsure readiness across both business and technical teams before each market goes live\nEnable consistent adoption of the global standards, resisting per-market divergence\nCoordinate training, communications, and hypercare with the local organisations\nGOVERNANCE\nManage dependencies between markets, platform teams, and third parties\nOwn risk and issue management: identify early, escalate clearly, drive to closure\nAlign stakeholders across markets, business functions, and IT - and keep them aligned as scope evolves\nReport status to programme leadership with an accurate picture, not a comfortable one\nTechnical skills:\nMulti-market rollouts - proven IT project management delivering a common platform or standard across countries\nDeployment and cutover planning - in environments where the business is live and cannot stop\nDependency, risk, and issue management - at programme level\nStakeholder management - across business and IT, and across countries with differing local practice\nAdoption of global standards - experience driving them against local resistance\nExecution governance - ability to coordinate multiple parallel deployments while maintaining delivery control.\nEnglish - professional working proficiency;
