successful candidate will manage SharePoint farms, administer Windows Server environments, implement security best practices, support end-users, and contribute to the continuous improvement of collaboration services.\nResponsibilities\nDesign, implement, and maintain SharePoint farm environments to ensure high availability, reliability, and optimal performance.\nInstall, configure, upgrade, and maintain SharePoint platforms and associated infrastructure components.\nAdminister and monitor Windows Server environments supporting SharePoint services.\nDevelop, maintain, and optimize PowerShell scripts for automation, configuration management, and operational tasks.\nManage SharePoint site collections, content structures, user permissions, and access controls.\nMonitor platform performance and proactively identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.\nTroubleshoot and resolve SharePoint, infrastructure, connectivity, and access-related issues.\nImplement and maintain security controls, backup strategies, and compliance measures to protect business-critical information.\nSupport disaster recovery, system maintenance, and platform lifecycle management activities.\nProvide technical support and guidance to end-users and stakeholders.\nCreate and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge base articles.\nDeliver user training and contribute to knowledge transfer activities when required.\nApply Microsoft best practices, patches, updates, and security recommendations to maintain a stable and secure environment.\nCollaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to support ongoing projects and service improvements.\nSkills & Requirements\nProven experience designing, deploying, and administering SharePoint 2016 and/or SharePoint 2019 environments.\nStrong experience with Windows Server administration (2016, 2019, and/or 2022).\nProficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation, administration, and troubleshooting.\nExperience with SharePoint farm architecture, site collection administration, and content management.\nGood understanding of authentication mechanisms, network security, and security best practices.\nKnowledge of backup, recovery, and business continuity processes.\nExperience managing user accounts, permissions, and access controls.\nFamiliarity with SQL Server administration in a SharePoint environment.\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in complex enterprise environments.\nExperience monitoring, maintaining, and optimizing platform performance.\nExcellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.\nStrong analytical mindset and attention to detail.\nProfessional working proficiency in
