The place of the delivery will be in Poland (Warsaw).\nResponsibilities:\nEstablish and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks, processes, and governance practices\nSupport programmes and projects in planning, risk management, change management, and architectural compliance\nDesign and communicate enterprise architecture models, roadmaps, and solutions\nAnalyse business needs, processes, and IT systems to translate requirements into architecture solutions\nDefine target architectures and transition roadmaps aligned with business strategy\nEnsure interoperability and integration between systems and applications\nMaintain architectural repositories and documentation and present findings to stakeholders\nMonitor architecture maturity and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives\nConduct cost/benefit analysis, system metrics evaluation, and portfolio assessments\nTechnical skills:\nProven experience as an Enterprise Architect within a complex organisation\nStrong expertise in enterprise and business architecture design\nKnowledge of architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman or similar\nExperience with modelling tools (e.g. Sparx Enterprise Architect, ARIS or equivalent)\nUnderstanding of business processes, value streams, and capability mapping\nKnowledge of maturity models and enterprise architecture domains\nStrong IT background enabling identification of innovative solutions and optimisation opportunities\nExperience in defining IT standards, policies, and architecture governance\nExperience in architecture governance functions is considered a strong asset\nProfile:\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business Management, or a related field.\nAbility to analyse complex issues and develop effective solutions.\nStrong problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills\nAbility to work in an international and multicultural environment\nLeadership mindset with capacity to influence architectural strategy\nFluency in English is required (C1 minimum)\nCertifications :\nAt least one of the following certifications:\nThe Open Group Certified Architect (Open CA) or equivalent\nZachman Certified -
