With over 1,000 specialists across Belgium, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands, we combine deep institutional knowledge with strong engineering excellence to support long-term, high-impact EU programmes requiring reliability, scalability, and innovation.\nAbout the job\nWe are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery and evolution of the RESTREINT UE/EU RESTRICTED Laptop Communication and Information System (RTOP).\nRTOP is a highly secure communication and information system enabling European Institutions, agencies, and authorized partners to handle and process EU classified information up to RESTREINT UE/EU RESTRICTED level outside official premises, including from home offices, mission locations, and other remote environments.\nAs Project Manager, you will act as the primary coordinator between customers, technical teams, security stakeholders, and procurement actors. You will be responsible for ensuring the continued growth, security, accreditation, and operational excellence of a strategic European security platform that is expected to significantly expand in the coming years.\nService Delivery Model: Hybrid / On-site (Brussels)\nTravel: Regular travel between Brussels and Luxembourg, as well as occasional missions across the European Union.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage customer relationships and ensure high service quality.\nCoordinate RTOP service delivery, deployments, and operational activities.\nLead and prioritize technical developments and support activities.\nMaintain project, operational, and security documentation.\nCoordinate security accreditation activities and compliance requirements.\nSupport procurement, supplier management, and governance processes.\nMonitor project performance, risks, and deliverables.\nContribute to the continuous evolution and improvement of the RTOP platform.\nYour Profile\nMinimum 6 years of experience in IT project management.\nProven experience coordinating technical teams and managing IT service delivery.\nGood understanding of IT infrastructure, mobile computing, VPNs, document management systems, and secure remote access solutions.\nKnowledge of cybersecurity, information security, and risk management practices.\nExperience in classified information environments and/or security accreditation processes is an asset.\nFamiliarity with EU, NATO, or national security frameworks is an advantage.\nRelevant certifications such as PM², PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, CISSP, GIAC, or CompTIA Security+ are considered assets.\nStrong stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.\nAbility to work effectively in an international and multicultural
