Whether you’re designing code, solving regulatory puzzles, or developing strategy, you’ll join a team where innovation and integrity drive everything we do - and where your work helps shape the future of finance.\nWhat We're Looking For\nCross River’s Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team is responsible for the annual budgeting process, as well as managing forecasts, variance analysis, corporate and divisional reporting other financial performance tools. We are seeking a highly motivated associate to join our rapidly growing FP&A team in our Fort Lee office. You will assist with compiling and preparing reports, analyzing divisional revenue and cost performance and trends, financial operations and work collaboratively across all financial departments to enable strategic decision-making leveraging Pigment, Power BI, and MS Office Suite.\nResponsibilities:\nResponsible for Board and Investor reporting and other ad hoc analysis as requested by the key stakeholders\nRevenue and Cost control (analysis of revenue and cost trends, explanation of variances to budget, and proposing remediation actions)\nAssist in preparation of annual budget and update quarterly reforecasts\nAd-hoc support and scenario analysis\nPrepare and analyze KPI’s by business units\nAssist in the preparation of financial statements in business unit format\nAnalyze business unit profitability and performance against targets\nClient profitability reporting and analysis\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (CPA and/or CFA is a plus)\n3+ years of experience in accounting or financial analyst roles (Big 4 experience a plus)\nProven ability to work cross-functionally and with senior business leaders\nExperience with Microsoft Office Suite, highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint skills\nExcellent communication and presentation skills with the proven ability to focus on the details\nExperience and knowledge of financial planning\nBanking or Fintech experience a plus\nExperience with Pigment a plus and/or experience with Anaplan, Hyperion and Prologue Workday\nPublic company experience a plus\n#LI-AC1 #LI-Hybrid #LI-Onsite\nSalary Range: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00\nCross River is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
