You will contribute to developing test cases, building automation, and performing testing on the services and applications that make up Cross River's Lending platform. The ideal candidate is a collaborative engineer with experience testing reliable, performant, and scalable services.\nResponsibilities:\nCollaborate with internal and external teams to perform manual and automated testing across Lending applications\nContribute to building and maintaining test automation across critical business domains\nParticipate in planning, triage, and prioritization of testing activities\nWrite and execute test cases for functional, regression, and API testing\nIdentify, document, and track defects through resolution\nActively contribute to a collaborative, quality-focused culture within the team\nQualifications:\n3+ years of experience in quality assurance and test automation\nWorking knowledge of C# and Python\n1+ years of experience with SQL\n1+ years of experience testing RESTful APIs\nFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control (e.g., Git)\nFamiliarity with AI assistive and agentic code generation (e.g. Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor)\nStrong analytical and communication skills\nExperience working in banking, finance, crypto, or fintech is helpful but not required\n#LI-AL1 #LI-Remote\nSalary Range: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00\nCross River is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
