Whether you’re designing code, solving regulatory puzzles, or developing strategy, you’ll join a team where innovation and integrity drive everything we do - and where your work helps shape the future of finance.\nResponsibilities:\nBuild complex multi-agent AI agents that are highly scalable\nWork with LLMs, embedding models, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) system\nEngineer and refine prompts to enhance AI performance and output quality\nDeploy and scale AI solutions using AWS (Lambda, cloud services) and modern architectures\nEnsure AI applications align with ethical standards, data privacy, and real-world scalability\nDevelop, fine-tune, and optimize generative AI models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face\nRequirements:\nWork with current state of the art LLMs and embedding models\nExperience building agentic AI systems\nExperience with debugging traces of LLM calls to identify errors/optimizations\nExperience with building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems\nEngineer and refine prompts to enhance AI performance and output quality\nKnowledge of extracting structured outputs from LLMs\nExperience using LLM APIs, embedding models, and RAG-based AI architectures\nStrong skills in Python, AI model deployment, and AWS services (Lambda preferred)\nKnowledge of LangChain, Pydantic, and scalable AI workflows\nProficiency in prompt engineering and optimization techniques\nSome UI/UX experience is a plus\nQualifications:\nMinimum 5 years of experience in AI/ML development and data engineering\nProficiency in programming languages Python\nStrong experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)\nHands-on experience with data engineering tools like Apache Spark, Apache NiFi, Airflow, or similar\nExpertise in handling large-scale datasets and implementing ETL/ELT pipelines\nExperience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)\nKnowledge of database technologies (SQL, NoSQL, Data Lakes, Data Warehouses)\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience in NLP, Generative AI, or deep learning models\nProven track record of deploying AI solutions at scale\nResearch background in generative AI models\nAbility to integrate code into real world application\nUnderstanding AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible AI principles\nPrior experience in the financial or banking sector is a plus\n#LI-JJ1 #LI-Onsite\nSalary Range: $160,000.00 - $200,000.00\nCross River is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
