role:\nThis Technical Implementation Specialist role is responsible for assisting our Enterprise customers during their roll-out phase and supporting the Account Success (ASM) teams with their technical expertise.\nWhat you’ll do:\nAs a Technical Implementation Manager on our Enterprise team, you will be focused on 4 main pillars:\nOnboarding & Project Management\n\nPartner with ASMs to run proper handoffs with Account Executives when new customers\n\nOwn the onboarding experience end-to-end, partnering closely with customers to ensure a strong launch\n\nRun regular check-in calls with customers throughout onboarding, delivering a \"consultant\" perspective\n\nRelationship & Trust Building\n\nBuild strong rapport with new customers from day one - establish expertise and earn trust quickly with admins\n\nBuild excitement about customer success on the platform, encouraging adoption of additional products and features\n\nTechnical Delivery & Enablement\n\nOvercome complex technical roadblocks and objections to drive adoption of best practices and recommendations\n\nDiscover unidentified product needs; work cross-functionally to scope and troubleshoot technical issues\n\nLead product trainings, teaching customers to use self-service tools effectively during the implementation phase\n\nSet expectations with customers on how to engage Support and their dedicated ASM going forward\n\nOwnership & Continuous Improvement\n\nTake ownership of support requests tied to your accounts\n\nDrive customers toward their goals/KPIs, doing what's needed to ensure their success\n\nShare feedback to help improve internal processes and the product\n\nWhat you’ll need:\n3+ years experience in implementation/onboarding for a B2B SaaS company\n\n1+ year(s) experience in a customer-facing role\n\nExceptional project management skills with experiencing owning and running technical/complex implementations for Enterprise companies with 3,500+ employees\n\nStrong familiarity and experience working with Salesforce\n\nConsultative and solution-oriented mindset\n\nDetail oriented, organized with excellent communication skills\n\nYou’ll do great if you:\nTake ownership without waiting for permission.\n\nAsk “what’s actually needed?” instead of defaulting to precedent.\n\nUse AI as leverage to clarify thinking, improve communication,
