Assist with vendor coordination for IT procurement including hardware purchases and software license tracking.Requirements Required Skills and\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.\nBasic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and troubleshooting techniques.\nFamiliarity with office productivity suites, email platforms, and collaboration tools.\nBasic understanding of networking concepts such as IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, and Wi-Fi connectivity.\nBasic understanding of VPN connectivity and remote access troubleshooting.\nGood communication and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to manage multiple support requests and prioritize tasks.
