Do:\nManage Salesforce projects to provide on-time, high-quality work to our customers.\nForecast project time, utilization, and revenue accurately and in a timely manner.\nManage and escalate risks, issues, and mitigation actions to assist in removing project work blockers.\nManage project financials, scope, and timelines, and prepare client-facing project status reports.\nFacilitate meetings with clients to determine business and functional requirements.\nAccomplish project objectives by breaking down projects into tasks, coordinating with the project team to complete tasks on time, and assigning appropriate resources.\nManage and grow direct reports.\nUse CrossCountry processes, best practices, and assets to ensure work is delivered with quality and consistency.\nIdentify new opportunities with existing clients to partner and grow the account.\nIdentify and understand each key stakeholder’s motivations, expectations, and role in their organization.\nContribute to developing and implementing firm-approved, AI-enabled solutions for clients, in accordance with company policies on data protection, intellectual property, and professional standards.\nStay informed about emerging AI tools and techniques and collaborate with firm leadership to identify compliant opportunities to enhance client solutions and internal processes.\nWhat You'll Bring:\n4+ years of experience with Salesforce.com.\n6+ years of systems consulting experience.\nExperience managing Salesforce projects and teams in a remote environment.\nAbility to work within a team environment, backed up by strong communication skills.\nWell-organized, results-driven, and eager to handle difficult problems.\nExcellent organizational, verbal, presentation/facilitation, and written communication skills.\nComfort with AI: Demonstrated ability to responsibly explore and adopt firm-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation.\nContinuous Learning Mindset: Openness to learning and applying emerging technologies including AI and automation in alignment with firm policies and client standards.\nStrong written and spoken English communication skills.\nWillingness to travel for team events as needed.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.\nExperience in a consulting or professional services environment is
