several operational systems and enhance the core business logic.\nDesign, develop, and document APIs to be used by partners and other development teams.\nLead or participate in technical design sessions; develop technical solution documentation aligned with business objectives.\nDevelop Salesforce client-side visualizations for a UI-driven product with Angular, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and JavaScript.\nAnalyze data to evaluate the correctness and effectiveness of integrations.\nTranslate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform, products, and integrations.\nLead small teams of developers in implementing a technical solution by providing supervision, mentoring, and feedback to ensure project success.\nDevelop, test, and document custom development, integrations, and data-migration elements of a Salesforce implementation.\nCreate and execute test plans to ensure quality delivery.\nServe as the standard-bearer of coding standards and participate in code reviews during projects to ensure appropriate design patterns are followed.\nProvide estimates and work breakdown structures for assigned tasks.\nIdentify use cases for new product and technical capabilities released by Salesforce; educate stakeholders throughout the organization about new product capabilities.\nContribute to developing and implementing firm-approved, AI-enabled solutions for clients, in accordance with company policies on data protection, intellectual property, and professional standards.\nStay informed about emerging AI tools and techniques and collaborate with firm leadership to identify compliant opportunities to enhance client solutions and internal processes.\nWhat You'll Bring:\n5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with Visualforce, Apex, HTML, CSS, JavaScript (jQuery), and other SFDC components.\n2+ years of experience with Salesforce object design, SOQL, and SOSL.\n1+ year of hands-on development experience in Java, .Net, and/or Python.\nAbility to use out-of-the-box Salesforce functionality as well as build custom solutions using the platform's frameworks and APIs.\nProficiency using Git, continuous integration, and other applicable development tools.\nProficiency with SQL, ETL and data pipelines, and systems integrations.\nStrong ability to use and author REST APIs.\nStrong written and verbal English communication skills.\nExcellent communication skills and ability to be a team player.\nComfort with AI: Demonstrated ability to responsibly explore and adopt firm-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation.\nContinuous Learning Mindset: Openness to learning and applying emerging technologies including AI and automation in alignment with
