This role requires a blend of hands-on release automation expertise, technical leadership, and innovation in CI/CD, cloud, and AI-driven DevOps practices.\nResponsibilities:\nDirect, mentor, and manage a DevOps engineering team\n\nDefine technical backlogs, lead sprint planning, and establish KPIs for pipelines\n\nArchitect and automate CI/CD workflows using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions\n\nImplement automated database migration frameworks for Cosmos DB and Apache Cassandra\n\nReplace manual release and database script interventions with automation\n\nEnable pipeline-to-Jira traceability, enforcing deployment protection rules\n\nMaintain audit trails for compliance\n\nIncrease deployment frequency and reduce change failure through innovative solutions\n\nIntegrate AI-driven workflows for release readiness, PR remediation, and build failure triage\n\nRequirements:\nExperience leading, managing, or mentoring DevOps/SRE/Platform Engineering teams\n\nSenior level proficiency in Azure DevOps, pipeline scripting, and deployment workflows\n\nStrong practical knowledge of AKS, Helm charts, and JFrog Artifactory\n\nExperience with SonarQube, PR peer reviews, and automated Jira integration\n\nFamiliarity with build and deployment for Spring Boot and Angular applications\n\nProficiency in English (minimum B2)\n\nNice to have:\nExperience with Liquibase or Flyway for DB migrations (Cosmos DB, Cassandra)\n\nSkills in Terraform or Azure Bicep for infrastructure as code\n\nExposure to AI-driven automation in CI/CD pipelines\n\nExperience with SBOM/vulnerability scanning using JFrog or GitHub Advanced Security\n\nWork Regime & Additional Info:\nHybrid work: 3 days onsite required\n\nParticipation in night/early morning release windows
