including feature engineering, hyperparameter tuning\n- Excellent Python, SQL, and database design skills, with proficiency in dbt/Dataform or similar SQL development frameworks\n- Experience productionising ML and GenAI solutions (MLOps): deploying end-to-end model pipelines and establishing evaluation, benchmarking, and continuous monitoring frameworks\n- Experience leveraging GenAI technologies to build data solutions\n- Proactive and self-motivated individual, keen to take initiative\n- Strong software and infrastructure engineering practice: containerisation with Docker, infrastructure automation (preferably Terraform), and CI/CD pipelines\n- Proficient with cloud-based modern data warehousing technologies, particularly GCP and BigQuery (we are also open to candidates with strong comparable experience on other leading cloud platforms)\n- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively on technical topics with both technical and non-technical stakeholders\n-
