The future of cybersecurity starts with you.\nAbout this Role:\nAs Corporate Development activity scales, so does the need for strong operational infrastructure across the full lifecycle. We are seeking a Corporate Development M&A Integration & Operations Director to own diligence support and integration execution, build the systems and processes that make the team run, and maintain visibility across our investment portfolio through Falcon Fund, CrowdStrike's investment vehicle.\nThis is a high-impact role for someone who is comfortable driving a complex diligence process & post-close integration, and building the playbooks and tooling that make the next one faster. You bring structure to ambiguous situations, communicate clearly across all levels of the organization, and are energized by leveraging AI to build systems that scale.\nWhat You'll Do:\nBring an integration and operational lens into the diligence process: evaluate organizational fit, identify integration risks, review operational readiness, and flag issues that should inform deal structure or timing. Coordinate cross-functional diligence workstreams and synthesize findings into clear recommendations for deal leads.\nOwn integration planning and execution for acquisitions from late-stage diligence through steady state (including change management, employee retention planning, and organizational transition), translating the deal thesis into functional plans, owners, milestones, risks and decision points.\nPartner closely with GTM Operations on commercial integration workstreams, ensuring alignment between deal intent and field execution.\nTrack integration KPIs and synergy realization against the original deal thesis, reporting milestones, progress, risks, blockers and recommendations to deal sponsors and executive leadership.\nRun integration retrospectives and feed lessons learned back into future diligence, term sheet assumptions, and integration planning.\nEstablish the operational infrastructure for the full corporate development function: diligence templates, integration playbooks, and the data and AI tools that give the team better visibility and faster execution across all transaction types.\nApply AI-enabled workflows to standardize and improve integration planning, playbooks, governance cadences, and reusable templates for future transactions.\nServe as the bridge between deal teams and the broader organization during active diligence and integration, managing dependencies, driving decisions, and keeping complex multi-stakeholder workstreams on track.\nHelp identify opportunities for Falcon Fund portfolio companies to deepen product, go-to-market, or ecosystem alignment with CrowdStrike.\nSupport and manage the Falcon Fund portfolio, including QBRs, coordination with Technology Alliances on partnership opportunities, accounting and financial reporting oversight, and identifying synergies with CrowdStrike's platform and go-to-market motion.\nPrepare regular portfolio updates covering performance, activity, and strategic alignment with CrowdStrike.\nWhat You'll Need:\n7+ years of experience in corporate development, hands-on M&A integration, or management consulting with a technology focus.\nDemonstrated track record leading end-to-end M&A integrations across multiple transaction types, including acqui-hires, platform acquisitions, asset purchases and mergers.\nStrong program management skills, with the ability to hold complex, multi-stakeholder workstreams on track without direct authority.\nClear, concise communication with executives, functional partners, and founders, and the ability to manage senior stakeholders.\nComfort building from scratch: you have the initiative and judgment to define a function with no existing playbook.\nFamiliarity with data and AI tools and a deep interest in building more efficient, instrumented ways of working.\nBackground in software, cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS, with an understanding of commercial integration activities such as customer transition, contract migration, sales coverage, GTM systems, customer success handoff and field execution.\nExperience coordinating with GTM and sales operations teams on enterprise go-to-market integration.\nExperience managing or monitoring a portfolio of strategic investments.\nProven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.\nBonus Points:\nYou have led integrations before and know where they usually break down.\nYou are comfortable in an executive steering committee, a founder transition conversation, and a detailed workstream review.\nYou can spot integration risks during diligence, before they become post-close problems.\nYou are comfortable pushing functional leaders for clarity while maintaining trust and credibility.\nYou can translate a strategic deal rationale into a practical execution plan.\nYou like building systems that make future work faster and more repeatable.\nBenefits of Working at CrowdStrike:\nMarket leader in compensation and equity awards\n\nComprehensive physical and mental wellness programs\n\nCompetitive vacation and holidays for recharge\n\nPaid parental and adoption leaves\n\nProfessional development opportunities for all employees regardless of level or role\n\nEmployee Networks, geographic neighborhood groups, and volunteer opportunities to build connections\n\nVibrant office culture with world class amenities\n\nGreat Place to Work Certified™ across the globe\n\nCrowdStrike is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
