The future of cybersecurity starts with you.\nAbout the Role:\nAs the Employee Experience Coordinator, you will provide support to help enhance and promote employee culture and experience in our distributed workforce. You’ll work across the Employee Experience Team to develop and manage employee experiences across the entire employee lifecycle.\nWe are currently reviewing candidates who are near our Sunnyale, CA or Austin, TX offices.\nWhat You’ll Do:\n\nAssist in planning and implementation of company-wide initiatives to enhance the entire employee experience.\nWork across Employee Experience portfolios (listening, onboarding, recognition, wellbeing and connection) to build and enhance the employee experience.\nCollect and analyze employee engagement survey data, leveraging AI tools to synthesize feedback, identify trends, and generate reporting that informs program improvements and leadership decisions.\nDevelop engaging and informative employee communications and presentations designed to keep employees knowledgeable about HR initiatives.\nAdapt and implement global connection programs at a local scale, ensuring employees feel a sense of community and belonging within CrowdStrike.\nManage vendor requisitions and purchase orders within our Procurement tool.\nServe as liaison with vendors to ensure proper coordination and communication of programs.\nIdentify and implement AI-driven automation opportunities to streamline recurring tasks such as swag ordering, vendor coordination, and budget tracking.\nManage the inbound and outbound communication in relation to Employee Experience portfolios.\nWhat You'll Need:\n\n You are proactive with a strong attention to detail and ownership mindset.
