The future of cybersecurity starts with you.\nAbout the Role:\nCrowdStrike is hiring an Engineering Manager for the Infrastructure team to lead and grow our global team of engineers focused on developing tools to deploy, observe, and maintain a first-class, highly available cloud platform at massive scale. This is a technical leadership role where candidates with strong engineering backgrounds in Golang and proven people management experience will excel.\nWhat You'll Do:\nThe Infrastructure Engineering Dev team is responsible for building and operating CrowdStrike's internal cloud management platform. As the Engineering Manager, you'll lead a small, remote-first team of full stack engineers building APIs and UIs in Go and TypeScript. You'll be responsible for:\nManaging and mentoring a team of 3-6 full stack engineers\n\nProviding technical guidance and code review oversight\n\nCollaborating with senior leadership to execute on roadmaps and priorities\n\nEnsuring delivery of high-quality software solutions on schedule\n\nSupporting team culture and individual professional development\n\nParticipating in hiring and onboarding new team members\n\nContributing to technical decisions and architectural discussions\n\nWhat You'll Need:\nUS Citizenship or Green card Holder\n\n3+ years of people management experience leading software engineering teams\n\nExtensive hands-on experience in Golang with ability to provide technical guidance\n\nStrong experience in TypeScript/JavaScript and modern web technologies\n\nExperience with gRPC and RESTful API development\n\nExperience with modern SPA frameworks and development practices\n\nUnderstanding of Linux environments and cloud-native infrastructure\n\nExperience operating within cloud platforms, preferably AWS\n\nKnowledge of CI/CD concepts and DevOps practices\n\nExperience with team leadership, mentoring, and basic hiring processes\n\nProven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.
