The future of cybersecurity starts with you.\nAbout the Role:\nProvide support for day-to-day HR Compliance & Global Mobility operational matters working closely with global HR teams. Knowledge and hands-on experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and experience managing immigration and compliance topics along with excellent project management and problem solving skills are essential. Focus on strengthening and continuously improving HR policies, procedures, and practices through proactive risk assessment, audits, and training. Unique opportunity to help build global HR Compliance and Global Mobility programs in a rapidly-expanding company.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nProvide support on HR compliance and immigration matters globally working closely with HR partners.\nServe as project coordinator to support implementation of programs and processes by managing the completion of key tasks and milestones.\nEstablish and enforce standard operating procedures and drive proactive audit and reporting practices.\nExecute on HR internal audit activities, including drafting audit results, communication to key stakeholders, and closeout activities.\nMaintain a comprehensive calendar of HR compliance obligations and proactively develop and manage project plans to ensure timely execution \nMonitor completion, tracking, and certification of required training programs to ensure compliance with requirements . \nCreate program materials - knowledge base articles, support text, and change management materials for HR Compliance & Global Mobility programs.\nSupport the management of HR Compliance and immigration vendors, creating and reviewing vendor scorecards and processing invoices. \nProactively monitor changes to Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD) and Ministry of Interior (MOI) regulations, translating legislative updates into actionable process adjustments.\nManage shared inbox, triaging and routing incoming inquiries to the appropriate stakeholders, tracking resolution, and ensuring timely responses and follow-through. \nPartner with the payroll and finance teams to support statutory compliance with local benefits, social insurance (GOSI), and wage protection system (WPS) requirements.\nWhat You'll Need:\nBS, BA Degree or equivalent experience\n5+ years’ experience in human resource compliance or employment law \nExperience leading large cross-functional projects\nExperience developing and conducting data quality audits or improving quality of HRIS systems\nAble to work within a largely virtual team across multiple time-zones\nProven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.\nBonus Points:\nMulti-lingual\nUnderstanding of employer operational requirements in Middle East\nExperience with global HR compliance and immigration obligations, researching and interpreting legal requirements of non-English speaking countries.\nWorking knowledge of global immigration requirements and complexities of cross-border business travel\nBenefits of Working at CrowdStrike:\nMarket leader in compensation and equity awards\nComprehensive physical and mental wellness programs\nCompetitive vacation and holidays for recharge\nPaid parental and adoption leaves\nProfessional development opportunities for all employees regardless of level or role\nEmployee Networks, geographic neighborhood groups, and volunteer opportunities to build connections\nVibrant office culture with world class amenities\nGreat Place to Work Certified™ across the globe \nCrowdStrike is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
