and coaching, and fostering career growth?\nWhat You'll Do:\nProvide technical leadership and oversight throughout incident response engagements, guiding investigative strategies, evaluating findings, ensuring effective execution and consistent delivery quality, and performing hands-on analysis when necessary.\nLead client onboarding, initial triage, and scoping for prospective clients to establish key deliverables, staffing needs, and resource allocation.\nEffectively communicate with executives and other key stakeholders regarding investigation findings, technical considerations, and recommended actions.\nGuide technical investigation strategies, including the development and application of threat hunting methodologies across various data sources.\nWork under the direction of outside counsel to conduct intrusion investigations and support the preparation of accurate, defensible investigative findings.\nRecruit, mentor, and develop consultants across technical forensics, analysis, and client engagement disciplines, providing ongoing performance feedback and supporting career progression.\nProvide strategic, applicable, and feasible recommendations to help mature the security posture of organizations during and after an incident.\nProduce and review high-quality written and verbal reports, presentations, recommendations, and findings to key stakeholders including customer management, regulators, and legal counsel.\nDemonstrate industry thought leadership through blog posts, webinars, and other public speaking events.\nWhat You'll Need:\nSuccessful candidates must demonstrate the following technical, leadership, and consulting capabilities:\nProven leadership and people management experience in a cybersecurity consulting or incident response setting, with demonstrated ability to foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment.\nSubstantial hands-on incident response experience, with the technical depth to independently perform forensic analysis and other investigative tasks when necessary.\nExperience leading complex incident response investigations, developing investigative strategies, and guiding technical teams.\nDemonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop technical consultants, including providing performance feedback and supporting professional growth.\nStrong project management skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities, staffing requirements, and client expectations.\nAbility to communicate complex technical findings clearly and effectively to executive leadership, legal counsel, and other stakeholders.\nExperience managing client engagements, including coordinating technical resources, overseeing deliverables, and maintaining effective client relationships.\nCloud Incident Response: knowledge in any of the following areas: AWS, Azure, GCP incident response methodologies\nAbility to independently assess technical findings, guide investigative decisions, and provide appropriate technical oversight.\nSuccessful candidates must demonstrate substantial incident response experience and expertise in one or more of the following technical disciplines::\nIncident Response: Experience conducting or managing incident response investigations involving targeted threats, including advanced persistent threats, organized cybercrime, and other malicious activity.\nComputer Forensic Analysis: Experience using forensic analysis tools and methodologies in incident response investigations to determine the extent and scope of compromise.\nNetwork Forensic Analysis: Strong understanding of network protocols and experience analyzing network traffic and associated logs using tools such as Bro/Zeek or Suricata.\nReverse Engineering: Knowledge of static and dynamic malware analysis techniques and their application to incident response investigations.\nIncident Remediation: Experience developing customized tactical and strategic remediation recommendations for compromised organizations.\nNetwork Operations and Architecture: Strong understanding of secure network architecture, infrastructure, and network operations.\nCloud Incident Response: Knowledge of
