The future of cybersecurity starts with you.\nAbout the Role:\nAs the Professional Services Manager (Project/Program Management), you will lead a team of Project Managers, ensuring efficient use of deployment resources to deliver projects on time and within budget. You will oversee customer deployment projects, drive program and process initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes. You will be directly responsible for ensuring portfolio delivery efficiency, meeting revenue targets, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. This role is critical in developing and implementing our Platform Services delivery methodology.\nWhat You'll Do:\nTeam Management: Oversee a team of project managers, providing mentorship, training, and performance management to foster a high-performance culture. Staff, coach, and upskill team members according to their career plans and ambitions\nStakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of platform solutions into existing security frameworks.\nReporting and Metrics: Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of the PMO and present findings to executive leadership.\nRisk Management: Ensure PMO practices align with the company's overall risk management strategy.
