The future of cybersecurity starts with you.\nAbout the Role:\nThe Pune Shared Services Centre was built to drive efficiencies in Sales Operations activity and support the Americas Divisional Sales Theatre with specialized focus on SalesForce data quality, reporting and ensuring the requisite tools are provisioned. As a Sales operations analyst, this role will be an integral part in the shared service centre responsible for responding to case load and inquiries from the Sales teams it supports.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nTackle the daily administration and support caseload ofSalesforce.com database including Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities and Territory Assignments.\n\nAct as internal Help Desk resource for allSalesforce.com user support issues with the Sales organization and work with the Technical support team to expedite resolution.\n\nEnsure and maintain data integrity in Salesforce.\n\nEnsuring global consistency in sales operations processes and practices.\n\nParticipate in ad hoc projects, as required, to improve the operations and process flow of the Shared Resource Centre\n\nWhat You’ll Need:\nStrong mathematical/analytical background with the ability to understand complex data and resolve difficult problems.\n\nExcellent communication skills are a must with good command over written and spoken English.\n\n2+ Years of Experience in Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Channel/Partner Ops or applicable quantitative role.\n\nFamiliarity with AI-powered sales tools and platforms (e.g GenAi, Gemini Ai, Claude etc.) to improve Salesforce data quality amd reduce manual work wherever possible.\n\nPrevious experience with SFDC and tools like: DnB, SalesNav, Zoominfo etc\n\nGood knowledge of MS Office and Excel.\n\nExperience with a “Shared Resource Centre”.\n\nA self-starter, quick learner and team player.\n\nContributes to team and company success.\n\nProven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.\n\nShift Time: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST\nWork Location: Pune, IND (Hybrid)\nBenefits of Working at CrowdStrike:\nMarket leader in compensation and equity awards\nComprehensive physical and mental wellness programs\nCompetitive vacation and holidays for recharge\nPaid parental and adoption leaves\nProfessional development opportunities for all employees regardless of level or role\nEmployee Networks, geographic neighborhood groups, and volunteer opportunities to build connections\nVibrant office culture with world class amenities\nGreat Place to Work Certified™ across the globe \nCrowdStrike is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
