The future of cybersecurity starts with you.\nAbout the Role:\nOur Sales Tech Internship is dedicated to elevating the next generation of talent in our fight against adversaries with a structured curriculum, certifications, and an engaging environment. As a Sales Technical Intern, you will master CrowdStrike product knowledge, technical requirements, gain experience on how to present a complex solution to a wide variety of audiences, and develop the fundamental skills needed for a successful Sales\nEngineer career. You will spend eight weeks in our competitive and immersive program gaining hands-on experience while working side by side with top industry professionals with the opportunity to extend to our part-time semester-long internship based on your successful completion of the summer program.\nSales Engineering, also referred to as “technical sales” or “presales engineering” is a specialty profession which requires a skill set of both soft skills (people skills) and technology skills.\nLocation: Reading, UK (Hybrid: Tuesday & Wednesday in-office / Monday, Thursday & Friday WFH)\nStart & End Dates: June 2nd - July 23rd, 2027\nWhat You'll Do: (not limited to)\nDevelop and apply workplace knowledge, building toward a specialization in Technical Sales.\nLearn global sales policies and procedures, corporate workplace ethics, and organizational behavior skills.\nExecute hardware and software performance testing, benchmarking, and tuning.\nEngage sales and engineering leaders, and cross-functional teams with ad-hoc projects.\nOptimize and implement technical sales tools and resources.\nGather and apply technical knowledge to complete day-to-day activities.\nWork within technical sales operations: metrics, KPIs, workflows, sales activities, and tools.\nComplete and pass at least one of the three main certifications required of all CrowdStrike Sales Engineers\nDevelop and deliver technical demonstrations and collateral for internal CrowdStrike needs,customers, and partners.\nWhat You'll Need:\nCurrently in your penultimate year of studies for your initial bachelor’s degree (2028 graduate) with a degree background in Cyber Security, Business degrees (MIS concentrations is a plus), and Computer Science.
