The future of cybersecurity starts with you.\nAbout the Role:\nThe Finance Transformation team builds scalable, global finance processes by leveraging technology to enable the Finance & Accounting (F&A) team to support CrowdStrike’s rapid growth. Reporting to the Senior Director of Finance Transformation, this role will be responsible for managing F&A’s AI transformation roadmap by partnering with functional leaders and IT and Data stakeholders to identify high-value AI use cases, build AI solutions, roll out AI enablement programs, and establish AI governance.\nWhat You'll Do:\nF&A AI Transformation Roadmap\nDefine the F&;A AI operating model, charter, and governance forums.\nMaintain F&A’s AI transformation roadmap including AI project intake, prioritization, and implementation.\nEvaluate new AI platforms, embedded ERP / Enterprise systems AI features, and specialist Finance AI tools.\nMaintain a current view of the Finance AI tooling landscape and recommend investment.\nAI Use Case Identification & Value Realization\nPartner with Finance & Accounting Process Leads (Quote-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, Source-to-Pay, FP&A, Specialized Finance) to surface and shape high-value AI opportunities.\nDevelop and maintain a prioritized portfolio of business use cases including expected ROI, feasibility, risk scoring, and change impact.\nTrack benefits realization post-deployment and refine the pipeline based on outcomes\nSolution Delivery Oversight\nManage AI solution proof of concept delivery through partnership with IT, Data, Security, and Vendors.\nEnsure AI solutions integrate cleanly with other finance systems and manage transition activities needed to scale successful pilots into Production.\nEvaluate build-vs.-buy decisions and lead vendor selection where applicable.\nAI Enablement Program\nDesign and deliver role-based learning paths for the Finance & Accounting function - from analyst to Controller - covering prompt craft, tool fluency, and judgment in AI-assisted work.\nBuild and run a Finance & Accounting AI Champions network to drive grassroots adoption and feedback.\nLead change management and adoption campaigns; measure capability uplift and behavioral adoption.\nEstablish and Own F&A Governance Framework\nEstablish Finance-specific AI guidelines aligned to enterprise AI policy, covering data handling, model risk, SOX implications, auditability, and human-in-the-loop requirements.\nEducate the function on acceptable use, escalation paths, and documentation expectations.\nMonitor compliance and partner with Information Security, Vendor Risk Legal, and Internal Audit on assurance activities.\nDefine and report adoption, productivity, quality, and value-realized KPIs.\nProvide Executive-ready updates on Finance & Accounting AI portfolio, outcomes, and emerging risks.\nWhat You’ll Need:\n12+ years combined experience in Finance or Accounting Transformation, with at least 3+ years delivering AI, automation, or advanced analytics initiatives.\nDemonstrated experience standing up and/or scaling AI transformation programs.\nStrong working knowledge of core Finance and Accounting processes (Close, Consolidation, FP&A, Controls Frameworks).\nProven track record influencing senior stakeholders (Sr. Director / VP / CFO-level)\nBachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, IS or related discipline; MBA, CPA, or CMA preferred.\nProven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.\nBenefits of Working at CrowdStrike:\nMarket leader in compensation and equity awards\nComprehensive physical and mental wellness programs \nCompetitive vacation and holidays for recharge \nPaid parental and adoption leaves\nProfessional development opportunities for all employees regardless of level or role\nEmployee Networks, geographic neighborhood groups, and volunteer opportunities to build connections\nVibrant office culture with world class amenities\nGreat Place to Work Certified™ across the globe\nCrowdStrike is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
