The future of cybersecurity starts with you.\nAbout the Role:\nAs the Senior Recruiter for Japan, you'll lead the hiring strategy for our Sales and Go-to-Market organisation across Japan while partnering on selected hiring across the wider JAPAC region. You’ll work directly with senior business leaders to build exceptional teams that fuel CrowdStrike's continued growth.\nThis is a highly visible role where you'll influence workforce planning, shape talent strategy, leverage AI to transform recruiting practices, and deliver outstanding hiring outcomes across multiple countries.
