Join us at Crowe and embark on a career where you can help shape the future of our industry.\nJob Description:\nWe are a US-based technology advisory team that runs IT integration for private equity acquisitions - standing up network, security, identity, applications, and connectivity for newly acquired companies. We are looking for an Integration Support Coordinator based in India to work alongside us as a true team member.\nThis role turns call transcripts, notes, and open action items into clean trackers, decks, and follow-ups. Time zone overlap with the US team is limited, so you will work mostly from recordings and written context rather than live calls - and you will be trusted to keep the plan moving without needing to be on every call.\nThis is a hands-on role - we need someone who catches issues early, keeps every workstream up to date, and makes sure open action items get closed.\nWhat You Will Own\nResponsibilities\nIntegration Plan and Workstream Tracking\nMaintain the master integration tracker across workstreams (network, cybersecurity, identity/devices, applications/email, connectivity, procurement)\n\nUpdate workstream status, dates, and owners after each call\n\nTrack budget vs. actual hours by workstream and flag variances\n\nCall Follow-Up and Action Items\nReview call transcripts and recordings, extract action items, owners, and deadlines\n\nLog action items in the tracker and escalate stale ones\n\nDraft follow-up emails and status recaps from template\n\nDeliverable and Deck Support\nBuild and update integration status slides for client and internal steering committee updates\n\nAssemble Day 1 and Day 100 plans, cutover checklists, and workstream trackers\n\nMaintain version control across decks for concurrent deals\n\nProgram Management Support\nSupport running the same integration playbook across multiple concurrent acquisitions\n\nTrack due diligence pipeline status for deals not yet in active integration\n\nMaintain the Context Index and file organization for integration artifacts\n\nWhat Great Looks Like:\nTurns transcripts and notes into accurate deliverables, no live call context needed\n\nKeeps trackers and decks current across every active deal - no stale data\n\nFlags variances, blockers, and stale action items before they become problems\n\nLearns the playbook well enough to run it cleanly across multiple deals at once\n\nCommunicates clearly and flags blockers or delays as soon as they come up\n\nWhat You Bring:\n2+ years in project/program coordination, PMO, or consulting support role - ideally at a consulting, advisory, or professional services firm\n\nComfort working from meeting transcripts and written notes rather than live call attendance\n\nStrong PowerPoint skills\n\nComfort building and maintaining trackers, dashboards, and structured data views\n\nExcellent written English - you'll be drafting emails and updates that go straight to clients\n\nStrong attention to detail and a low tolerance for stale or broken data\n\nComfortable working independently on recurring tasks without much oversight\n\nSome overlap with US Eastern or Central time is preferred but not required\n\nBonus: background in M&A, IT integration, or program management\n\nTools You Will Use\nNotion, SharePoint, Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), call transcript tools (Fireflies or similar), AI (Copilot, Claude, etc.) and internal communication tools.
