Join us at Crowe and embark on a career where you can help shape the future of our industry.\nJob Description:\nRole Summary\nCrowe’s Technology Advisory (Tech Advisory) practice is seeking a highly motivated IT Due Diligence Analyst to support Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) engagements. This role will be part of our growing India-based team and will focus on supporting Mergers & Acquisitions engagements working alongside U.S.-based teams to assess technology risks, identify value creation opportunities, and prepare high-impact deliverables informing investment decisions.\nYou will contribute to projects that evaluate a target company's IT environment, supporting a wide range of assessments across infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, IT org structure, and investment needs, and support the creation of client deliverables. While the role is centered on IT Due Diligence, you will have opportunities to support other Tech Advisory services such as IT Assessments, System Selections, and IT Program Management.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport IT Due Diligence engagements by reviewing data room documentation, and performing analysis and summarization\nSupport client-facing meetings, including note taking and follow-up analysis\nAssist in building and refining deliverables such as PowerPoint presentations, Excel-based financial estimates, and other documentation\nResearch IT trends, vendors, and technologies to inform diligence assessments and other services\nHelp enhance internal Tech Advisory tools, templates, and knowledge resources\nFlex into support for other Tech Advisory offerings based on team needs (e.g., IT Roadmaps, System Selection, IT Program Management)\nQualifications\nEducation:Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business with an IT focus, or related field preferred\nBachelor’s degree with relevant experience also considered\n\nExperience:1-2 years of experience in IT consulting, technology advisory, M&A support, or corporate IT\n\n Technical Proficiency:Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (strong proficiency required)\nFamiliarity with data room tools, SharePoint, Azure DevOps is helpful\nExperience using AI tools (e.g., prompt engineering, low-code development tools) is a plus\n\nKey Skills & Competencies\nStrong analytical thinking and structured problem solving\nClear and concise writing and presentation skills\nAbility to work collaboratively across time zones and manage deliverables independently\nProfessionalism in client-facing settings\nDetail-oriented with strong time and task management capabilities\nWe expect the candidate to uphold Crowe’s values of Care, Trust, Courage, and Stewardship.
