In this role, you will be responsible for developing, configuring, integrating, and supporting NetSuite ERP solutions that address client business requirements.\nThe ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in SuiteScript, JavaScript, NetSuite customizations, and system integrations, along with hands-on experience supporting ERP implementations and enhancements. You will collaborate with functional consultants, technical leads, and project teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and high-quality NetSuite solutions.\nThis opportunity is well-suited for a technical professional who enjoys solving complex problems, working in a collaborative consulting environment, and continuing to develop expertise in the NetSuite ecosystem.\nKey Responsibilities\nNetSuite Configuration & Development\nConfigure and customize NetSuite features, including custom forms, fields, records, workflows, roles, and permissions.\nDevelop, maintain, and enhance SuiteScript solutions using SuiteScript 2.x, including Client Scripts, User Event Scripts, Suitelets, RESTlets, and Map/Reduce scripts.\nCreate and optimize saved searches, reports, dashboards, and workflows to support business requirements.\nPerform data imports, exports, and migrations using NetSuite CSV tools and other supported methods.\nDevelop and support integrations using REST APIs, SOAP web services, RESTlets, and SFTP/flat-file interfaces.\nFollow established technical design standards, development methodologies, and coding best practices.\nImplementation, Delivery & Support\nExecute technical development activities based on approved solution designs and functional specifications.\nSupport NetSuite implementation projects through configuration, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.\nTroubleshoot technical issues, resolve defects, and implement system enhancements.\nAnalyze technical requirements and collaborate with senior team members to identify appropriate solutions.\nProvide ongoing application support, investigate reported issues, and deliver timely resolutions.\nIdentify technical risks, dependencies, and potential improvements, escalating complex issues when appropriate.\nTesting & Quality Assurance\nDevelop and execute unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT).\nParticipate in defect triage, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.\nValidate technical solutions through regression testing and quality assurance activities.\nParticipate in peer code reviews and incorporate feedback to improve solution quality and maintainability.\nDocumentation & Deployment\nPrepare and maintain technical documentation for scripts, configurations, integrations, and customizations.\nSupport release management, deployment tracking, and development activities using Azure DevOps or similar tools.\nMaintain accurate documentation of technical changes, testing outcomes, and deployment activities.\nCollaboration & Continuous Improvement\nCollaborate with NetSuite functional consultants, technical leads, project managers, and other delivery team members.\nCommunicate technical progress, challenges, and resolutions clearly to internal stakeholders.\nContribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives, technical discussions, and development best practices.\nStay current with NetSuite platform enhancements, SuiteScript capabilities, and emerging integration technologies.\nActively pursue relevant NetSuite certifications and professional development opportunities.\nBasic Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.\n3-5 years of relevant professional experience in ERP technical development, software development, or technical consulting, including hands-on NetSuite development experience.\nStrong working knowledge of the NetSuite ERP platform, including customizations, configurations, workflows, and saved searches.\nHands-on experience developing and maintaining SuiteScript 2.x solutions, including Client Scripts, User Event Scripts, Suitelets, RESTlets, or Map/Reduce scripts.\nProficiency in JavaScript, including debugging, troubleshooting, and applying coding best practices.\nWorking knowledge of system integrations using REST APIs, SOAP web services, or other integration technologies.\nExperience supporting ERP implementations, enhancements, technical deployments, or production support activities.\nFamiliarity with data migration and management using NetSuite CSV import/export functionality.\nExperience performing unit testing, troubleshooting technical defects, and supporting UAT activities.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and technical documentation skills.\nEffective written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate across technical and functional teams.\nAbility to manage assigned deliverables, meet project timelines, and work effectively in a collaborative consulting environment.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience working on multiple NetSuite implementation, optimization, or support projects.\nNetSuite certifications, such as SuiteFoundation, SuiteCloud Developer, or other relevant technical certifications.\nExperience with advanced SuiteScript development, performance optimization, and complex customizations.\nExposure to NetSuite integration frameworks, SuiteTalk REST/SOAP web services, and third-party integration platforms.\nFamiliarity with SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF), SuiteCloud CLI, or automated deployment practices.\nExperience using Azure DevOps, Git, or similar version control and release management tools.\nUnderstanding of ERP business processes, including finance, order management, procurement, inventory, or related functional areas.\nExperience working in a professional services or consulting environment supporting multiple clients or projects.\nExposure to Agile delivery methodologies and structured software development lifecycle practices.\nAbility to collaborate effectively with globally distributed teams and
