This role will lead distributor-led business development across Korea, India, and Singapore by building and managing distributor partnerships, executing regional business strategy, and driving sustainable growth in these markets.\nPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES\nDevelop and execute distributor led business development plans for Korea, India, and Singapore, aligned with Crown Bioscience’s commercial objectives.\nIdentify, assess, onboard, and manage distributor partners; establish clear expectations, territory coverage, and regular business review cadence.\nBuild productive relationships with distributor leadership and sales teams, and provide the information, training, and support needed to represent Crown Bioscience’s services effectively.\nWork with distributors to develop territory plans, maintain a qualified pipeline, prepare forecasts, review performance, and address gaps against agreed goals.\nSupport distributor led opportunities through the sales cycle, coordinating proposals, customer engagement, and internal handoffs as appropriate.\nMonitor market developments, customer needs, and competitor activity in Korea, India, and Singapore; share relevant insights with internal stakeholders.\nRepresent Crown Bioscience at relevant regional and international meetings, and identify and resolve barriers affecting distributor performance.\nundefined\nEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE\nBA/BS Master degree in a scientific discipline, advanced degree (PhD, MBA) strongly preferred.\n3+ years relevant industrial experience, CRO/CDMO ideally involved.\nBackground and knowledge of biology and pathology, the drug development process and related services needed to bring the service market.\nSKILL REQUIREMENTS\nMust have strong business acumen, proficient in the use of CRM systems, exceptional interpersonal, communication, and networking skills, and have demonstrated sound decision-making skills and autonomy in past positions.\nWorking proficiency in Korean is preferred\nExcellent communication in both English and Chinese.\nFlexibility to spend approx. 50%+ of sales time traveling.\nWORKING RELATIONSHIPS\nReport to: Head of Business Development, APAC\nWorks with: Study Director, Project Manager, Scientific Engagement, Marketing\nOUR OFFER\nCompetitive remuneration + target bonus + allowance\n5 days per week (8h working hour)\nPaid annual leave\nWork-Life Balance\nFestival gift and allowance\nSupplemental Medical insurance\nSocial insurance and housing insurance\nWHY JOIN US?\nIf you love the intellectual challenge of working in a fast-paced, results-driven organization, there is a home for you at Crown Bioscience.
