\n· 经过培训，通过考核，能够进行常规的药物研究体外实验;\n· 严格按照SOP进行实验操作，并能够及时准确地做实验记录;\n· 保持实验室及工作区域干净整洁;\n· 优质高效地完成项目任务，能够合理安排多个项目;\n· 能够及时有效地与团队成员以及其它团队及部门的同事沟通合作，遇到问题及时向上级汇报;\n· 在工作中严格遵守公司相关规章制度;\n· 完成领导交付的其它工作;\n教育背景及经验\n大专或本科学历，生物科学，生物技术，生物工程，药学等生物医药相关专业;
