Our products and services have been profoundly expediting research for in vitro, in vivo, translational oncology, target validation, preclinical proof of concept, assistive clinical strategy design, and biomarker discovery.\nPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES\nProvide scientific support for sales and marketing teams in China and the rest of the world.\nFigure out clients’ requirements and lead high-level discussions with the clients for company service providing.\nResponsible for advancing projects in the RD plan and conducting hypothesis-driven research.\nLead a multi-disciplinary scientific platform.\nDrive execution of research strategy and develop industry-level assays.\nUse knowledge of recent scientific advances and translate these into research directions.\nPrepare reports, publications, and oral presentations.\nUnderstand the work of operation team and lead them for executing research projects.\nUnderstand and can strictly follow the company compliance rules.\nComplete other assignment timely from upper management.\nEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE\nPh.D. or M.D. in immunology or related disciplines with postdoc experience; or MS in immunology with extensive experience in immunology assays. \nStrong immunology knowledge and application skills are required.\nExperience in biotech/pharmaceutical industry leading projects and performing lab research is a plus.\nExperience in immune oncology drug discovery is a plus.\nExperience in Auto-immune disease area is a plus.\nFamiliar with animal experiments, and drug discovery process. Hands-on experience in animal studies, surgeries or necropsy will be a plus.\nSKILL REQUIREMENTS\nGood at literature searching and reading.
