As a part of the team, you’ll be part of a team that works behind the scenes to ensure every masterpiece is treated with the respect and precision it deserves.\nTo support the smooth running of the business by providing administrative and clerical assistance across departments. This apprenticeship offers hands-on experience while studying towards a nationally recognised qualification.\nWhat You’ll Do\nAnswering phone calls and handling email correspondence.\nFiling, photocopying, and scanning documents.\nScheduling meetings and maintaining calendars.\nAssisting with data entry and maintaining records.\nGreeting visitors and managing reception duties.\nOrdering office supplies and managing stock levels.\nLearning and using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM systems).\nOur Business Administration programme will provide you with the skills to support and engage within different parts of the organisation and interact with internal or external customers. With a focus on adding value, the role of business administrator contributes to the efficiency of an organisation, through support of functional areas, working across teams and resolving issues as requested. The flexibility and responsiveness required allows you to develop a wide range of skills. We will provide extensive training, guidance and support, as well as the opportunity to experience the industry from the inside and gain valuable work experience.
