Debt Management\nInvestigate and resolve customer payment disputes.\nWork closely with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams to resolve billing issues.\nRecommend suspension of credit facilities for delinquent accounts where appropriate.\nMonitor and report overdue balances, bad debt exposure, and collection performance. \n3. Credit Assessment\nConduct credit checks on new customers before account creation.\nReview customer credit limits and payment terms periodically.\nAssess credit risk and recommend appropriate credit limits.\n4. Cash Application & Reconciliation\nVerify customer payments and ensure accurate allocation against invoices.\nInvestigate unallocated receipts and payment discrepancies.\nReconcile customer accounts and maintain accurate debtor balances.\n5.
