services.\nMonitor customer forecasts to achieve sales targets.\nReceive customer requests and evaluate them to convert into orders.\nCoordinate and follow up on customer orders with the production planning team.\nPlan, organize, and monitor activities to ensure orders are delivered in the required quantities and within the expected timelines.\nEnter and report monthly PSI (Production, Sales & Inventory) data in line with sales forecasts.\nTrack historical sales performance and inventory levels, and manage supply and sales planning activities.\nPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly customer reports.\nRegularly follow department SOPs and update them when necessary.\nMonitor and support monthly closing
