systems, ensuring accurate and timely data entry.\n* Assist in the creation of compelling job descriptions and recruitment marketing materials.\n* Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.\n* Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and progress to key stakeholders.\n* Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.\n* Act as a point of contact for internal inquiries related to career development and internal mobility.\nJob Qualifications:**\n* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.\n* Proven experience in corporate recruitment, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.\n* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights.\n* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.\n* Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.\n* Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies.\n* Knowledge of electrical and automation industry terminology and roles is a
