Reliability ManagementLead preventive and corrective maintenance (PM&R) programs for all plant equipment\nEnsure maximum equipment uptime and operational efficiency\nAnalyze breakdowns and implement corrective and preventive actions\nMonitor maintenance KPIs (downtime, MTTR, reliability trends)\nMaintain engineering standards, documentation, and equipment history\n\nEngineering Operations & Technical SupportProvide technical support to Production to resolve operational issues\nCoordinate engineering activities with production and other departments\nMaintain technical documentation, manuals, and equipment specifications\nSupport installation, commissioning, and upgrades of new equipment\n\n Continuous Improvement & InnovationIdentify and implement improvements in equipment, processes, and maintenance practices\nDrive efficiency improvement projects and reliability enhancements\nAlign with corporate standards and best practices (WCP initiatives)\nOptimize maintenance strategies and reduce operational losses\n\n Spare Parts & Inventory ManagementManage spare parts procurement, stock levels, and inventory optimization\nReview stock parameters (reorder points, quantities) to ensure availability and cost efficiency\nControl obsolete inventory and coordinate with other plants for utilization\n\n Budget & Cost ControlPrepare and manage engineering and maintenance budgets (repairs, labor, utilities, CAPEX)\nMonitor repair and maintenance costs against budget targets\nControl contractor costs and technical service expenditures\nSupport capital investment planning and PAR processes\n\nProjects & Technical ServicesPlan and execute plant projects, upgrades, and annual shutdown activities\nManage external contractors and technical service providers\nEnsure cost-effective and high-quality execution of engineering projects\nCoordinate installation and commissioning of new machinery\n\n Health, Safety & Environment (EHS)Ensure full compliance with corporate and local safety regulations\nPromote safe working practices and equipment safety standards\nLead risk assessments, safety improvements, and audits\nDrive continuous improvement in plant safety culture\n\nPeople Management & DevelopmentLead, coach, and develop engineering and maintenance teams\nPlan manpower allocation and ensure effective workforce utilization\nDevelop training plans, skills matrix, and succession planning\nPromote teamwork, engagement, and performance excellence\n\nStakeholder ManagementWork closely with Production, QA, EHS,
