Resumir el puesto:

El Ingeniero de Manufactura será responsable de optimizar los procesos de producción, mejorar la eficiencia y asegurar la calidad de los productos en CROWN Envases Mexico, S.A. de C.V. Este rol implica identificar y resolver problemas de fabricación, implementar nuevas tecnologías y colaborar con equipos multifuncionales.

Responsabilidades del puesto:

* Analizar y optimizar los procesos de manufactura existentes para mejorar la productividad y reducir costos.

* Diseñar e implementar nuevas metodologías de producción y equipos.

* Colaborar con los equipos de diseño, calidad y mantenimiento para asegurar la viabilidad de la producción y la mejora continua.

* Realizar análisis de causa raíz y desarrollar soluciones para problemas de producción.

* Desarrollar y mantener documentación de procesos, instrucciones de trabajo y especificaciones técnicas.

* Asegurar el cumplimiento de las normativas de seguridad y calidad en todas las operaciones.

* Evaluar y seleccionar proveedores de equipos y materiales.

* Capacitar al personal de producción en nuevas tecnologías y procedimientos.

Cualificaciones del puesto:

* Título universitario en Ingeniería Industrial, Mecatrónica, Mecánica o campo relacionado.

* Mínimo de 3 años de experiencia en un entorno de manufactura, preferiblemente en la industria del embalaje.

* Sólidos conocimientos en herramientas de mejora continua (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma).

* Experiencia en diseño de procesos y optimización de líneas de producción.

* Habilidad para interpretar dibujos técnicos y especificaciones de ingeniería.

* Dominio del idioma inglés (oral y escrito) es un plus.

* Fuertes habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas.

* Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y en equipo.

* Manejo de software CAD/CAM y herramientas de simulación es deseable.
