It's an exciting time to join our business because Crown offers you the opportunity to grow and develop your skills in an expanding industry.\nCrown was founded with the goal of valuing and promoting sustainability and this vision continues to be essential to our long-term future.\nJob Description:\nResumen del Puesto**\nEl/La Líder de Calidad será responsable de supervisar y asegurar la implementación de los sistemas de gestión de calidad en CROWN Americas LLC, garantizando el cumplimiento de los estándares de la empresa y las regulaciones aplicables.\nResponsabilidades del Puesto**\n* Desarrollar, implementar y mantener los sistemas de gestión de calidad (SGC) de acuerdo con las normas ISO y los requisitos internos de la empresa.\n* Coordinar y ejecutar auditorías internas y externas de calidad, así como el seguimiento de las acciones correctivas y preventivas resultantes.\n* Liderar la investigación y resolución de problemas de calidad, incluyendo el análisis de causa raíz y la implementación de soluciones efectivas.\n* Colaborar con los equipos de producción y operaciones para asegurar que los procesos cumplan con los estándares de calidad establecidos.\n* Gestionar y capacitar al personal en temas relacionados con la calidad, promoviendo una cultura de mejora continua.\n* Analizar datos de calidad, identificar tendencias y generar informes para la dirección sobre el desempeño del SGC.\n* Asegurar que la documentación del SGC esté actualizada y sea accesible para todo el personal relevante.\n* Participar activamente en la mejora continua de productos, procesos y servicios.\nCalificaciones del Puesto**\n* Título universitario en Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería Química, Ciencias de los Alimentos o campo relacionado.\n* Mínimo de 5 años de experiencia en roles de gestión de calidad, preferiblemente en la industria manufacturera.\n* Conocimiento profundo de las normas ISO 9001 (y otras normas relevantes para la industria).\n* Experiencia demostrable en la implementación y mantenimiento de sistemas de gestión de calidad.\n* Habilidades avanzadas en análisis de datos, resolución de problemas y toma de decisiones.\n* Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita en español e inglés.\n* Capacidad para liderar equipos, motivar al personal y trabajar de forma colaborativa.\n* Certificaciones en calidad (ej.
