In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain innovative software solutions that power our enterprise systems, SaaS platforms, and public sector digital products.\n Key Roles and Responsibilities:\n Design, develop, and maintain Java-based software applications\n Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions\n Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices\n Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members\n Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability\n Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in software development\n Develop modules of the initial system plan and work with the development team by coding advanced portions of the modules and delegating routine coding to junior Java developers\n Conduct the testing of completed code modules with the help of junior Java developers, fixing code as needed to ensure a smooth system deployment with the intended functionality\n Plan and execute all deployment of system features and monitor for successful integration, maintaining the system throughout its lifecycle Identify and analyze user requirements\n Prioritize, assign and execute tasks throughout the software development life cycle\n Working with our Product team and designers to understand business requirements and context\n Facilitate the breaking up of high-level requirements into smaller, specific tasks and producing high level design specifications\n Lead the development and building of features and modules of our application suite using various technology stacks\n Required Skills and Competencies\n Java\n Javascript\n Strong knowledge and understanding with Object-Oriented Principles\n Spring-Boot\n Java EE\n Experienced in developing enterprise-level web applications and RESTful APIs using cloud-based architecture\n MySQL\n Single Sign – On Technology\n SAAS payment platforms\n Enterprise platforms\n DevOPS\n Familiarity SAAS Application deployment\n Ability to lead a team and mentor junior engineers.\n Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills\n Strong communication and collaboration skills\n Ability to work independently and in a team environment\n Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus\n Experience and Qualifications\n First degree in Computer Science, Engineering or technical skills required for this role\n Minimum of 6 plus years’ working experience as a software engineer working with Java\n
