Supporting a portfolio of new build, fit-out and refurbishment projects, you’ll work alongside experienced project leaders across the full project lifecycle. This is a hands-on opportunity to develop your project management capability while gaining exposure to design, procurement, commercial management and construction delivery within a complex, live operational environment.\nWhat You'll Do\nSupport the end-to-end delivery of multiple capital projects, helping manage project scope, program, cost, quality and key delivery milestones.\nDevelop and maintain detailed project programs covering design deliverables, procurement milestones, contractor lead times and construction phasing.\nSupport procurement activities including the preparation of RFPs and RFTs, contractor and supplier engagement, tender documentation and project administration.\nAssist with contract administration, commercial and change management processes, including supporting the Project Management team with Superintendent responsibilities.\nCoordinate contractors, consultants and suppliers, including project documentation, shop drawings, submissions, site meetings and actions required to maintain delivery programs.\nPrepare project reporting and stakeholder documentation while supporting compliance with quality, safety and project governance requirements.\nWhat You'll Bring\n3 to 5 years’ experience within the building or construction industry, ideally gained across project management, contract administration or construction delivery.\nDemonstrated experience supporting the delivery of multiple construction, fit-out, refurbishment or capital works projects within defined program and budget requirements.\nPractical knowledge of construction methodologies, contractor and subcontractor management, project administration and the different stages of the construction lifecycle.\nStrong planning and organisational capability, with the ability to coordinate competing priorities, project milestones and multiple stakeholders in a deadline-driven environment.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to work collaboratively with project managers, consultants, contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders.\nStrong attention to detail and confidence using project management systems and software, with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction or Project Management preferred but not essential\nOn top of exciting career possibilities, we offer better exposure to experiences and learning.
