Here, you’ll be part of the team, empowered to explore more, experience more and supported by your leader to grow and develop.\nWorking within our Engineering & Facilities Management team, the Contractor and Administration Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and supporting all contractor activities on site to ensure work is delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with contractual obligations.\nThis position acts as a key liaison between contractors and internal departments, ensuring clear communication, effective scheduling, and alignment with operational needs.\nThe role requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to proactively manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.\nKey Responsibilities:\nMaintain contractor schedules and liaise with relevant departments to avoid operational disruption.\n\nConduct contractor inductions or ensure induction requirements are met prior to work commencing.\n\nMaintain accurate records of contractor attendance, work permits, documentation, and compliance forms.\n\nCommunicate planned work, shutdowns, or disruptions to internal stakeholders in advance.\n\nMaintain documentation for audits, inspections, and compliance reviews.\n\nReport and support the investigation of incidents, hazards, and near misses involving contractors.\n\nAbout you\nExperience coordinating contractors or working in a compliance, administrative, or facilities support role.\n\nUnderstanding of contractor management processes, WHS practices, and work permit systems.\n\nAbility to manage competing priorities and maintain attention to detail.\n\nHighly reliable, proactive, and solutions-focused\n\nCompetent with digital tools and contractor management platforms.\n\nOn top of exciting career possibilities, we offer better exposure to experiences and learning.
