As a member of our Housekeeping team, you'll play an important role in ensuring our hotels are maintained to the highest standards while delivering exceptional service that enhances every guest's stay.\nThis is an opportunity to join a supportive and inclusive team environment where attention to detail, reliability, and a passion for service are highly valued.\nAvailability Requirements\nTo be considered for our roles, you must be available to work a minimum of three days per week and be available within one of the following shift patterns:\nHousekeeping Room Attendant\nShifts scheduled between 8:00am and 5:00pm\n\nHousekeeping Service Attendant\nShifts scheduled between 6:00am and 10:00pm\n\nAbout the Role\nClean, service and prepare guest rooms, corridors, and service areas in line with Crown's high brand and quality standards\n\nDeliver a warm, welcoming and personalised experience for all hotel guests through professional and attentive service\n\nMaintain cleanliness, presentation and hygiene standards across assigned work areas\n\nAccurately complete daily worksheets, report maintenance issues, and manage lost property in line with procedures\n\nWork collaboratively with the Housekeeping team to ensure efficient operations and timely completion of all assigned duties\n\nAbout You\nPrevious experience in cleaning, housekeeping, hospitality, or a customer service environment (hotel experience highly regarded)\n\nStrong attention to detail with the ability to consistently meet high cleanliness and presentation standards\n\nA reliable and team-oriented approach, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively\n\nA positive attitude with excellent communication skills and a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional service\n\nThe ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism\n\nAdditional Information\nMust be physically capable of performing manual handling tasks associated with the role\n\nSuccessful candidates will be required to complete a pre-employment medical assessment\n\nOn top of exciting career possibilities, we offer better exposure to experiences and learning.
