Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will play a critical role in creating an innovative and commercially successful beverage offering that complements Mott 32's globally recognised dining experience.\nFrom pre-opening through to ongoing operations, you will oversee cocktail development, wine and beverage selection, inventory management, supplier relationships and team development, ensuring the venue remains at the forefront of luxury hospitality and mixology trends.\nThis role requires a passionate and experienced beverage professional with strong leadership capability, exceptional product knowledge and a commitment to delivering world-class guest experiences.\nIn this role you will:\nLead the successful pre-opening, launch and ongoing operation of the Mott 32 bar program.\nDevelop and deliver an innovative cocktail, spirits and non-alcoholic beverage offering aligned to the Mott 32 brand.\nDrive beverage quality, consistency and presentation standards across all service periods.\nManage beverage purchasing, inventory control, stocktakes and relationships to optimise profitability and minimise wastage.\nStay ahead of industry trends and evolving guest preferences to ensure the beverage program remains relevant, innovative and market-leading.\nRecruit, train, coach and develop a high-performing team of bartenders and beverage professionals.\nCollaborate closely with the General Manager and Executive Chef to create seamless food and beverage experiences.\nMaintain compliance with liquor licensing, food safety and responsible service requirements while upholding the highest operational standards.\nAbout You:\nYou are an accomplished hospitality professional with a passion for luxury service, premium beverages and creating memorable guest experiences.
