The Role

Mott 32 Melbourne will bring internationally celebrated Chinese cuisine, exceptional design and world-class hospitality to one of Australia's premier dining destinations.

  • Lead, mentor and develop culinary team members to build a high-performing kitchen culture.
  • Ensure recipes, preparation techniques and plating standards are executed to brand expectations.
  • Manage stock levels, ordering, inventory control and food cost performance within your area of responsibility.
  • Collaborate closely with front-of-house teams to deliver seamless and memorable guest experiences.
  • Maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety standards.
