You’ll lead complex capital projects, spanning new builds, fit-outs and refurbishments, with accountability for delivery across program, budget, risk, safety and quality.\nWhat You'll Do\nLead multiple capital projects from initial brief and design through procurement, construction and completion.\nDevelop and manage project budgets, programs, critical paths, variations and delivery risks.\nLead contractor and supplier tendering, evaluation, negotiation and appointment processes.\nManage consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders across complex project environments.\nOversee construction delivery, approvals, compliance, safety, quality and contractor performance.\nLead project governance and reporting, proactively identifying and resolving risks and delivery issues.\nWhat You'll Bring\n8-10+ years’ experience in building and construction, delivering complex capital projects.\nStrong experience across new build, fit-out, refurbishment and/or brownfield construction projects.\nProven experience managing Tier 1-3 contractors and multiple projects in live operational environments.\nStrong commercial capability across project budgets, variations, contracts and procurement.\nAdvanced programming and scheduling capability, with Primavera experience advantageous.\nA degree in Engineering, Construction, Project Management or a related discipline, with experience using project management systems such as Aconex.\nOn top of exciting career possibilities, we offer better exposure to experiences and learning.
