Working closely with restaurant leadership and Crown's wine team, you will help elevate the guest experience while contributing to the commercial success of one of Melbourne's premier dining destinations.\nWe're seeking a passionate and knowledgeable hospitality professional who thrives in premium dining environments and is committed to delivering world-class service.\nIn this role you will:\nDeliver exceptional wine and beverage service, creating memorable experiences for every guest.\nProvide expert recommendations on wines, sake and premium beverages that complement Nobu's renowned cuisine.\nDrive beverage sales through effective guest engagement and service excellence.\nSupport the execution of beverage promotions, initiatives and revenue-driving strategies.\nAssist with beverage inventory management, stock control and ordering processes.\nMaintain accurate beverage records and support cost-control initiatives.\nTrain, coach and mentor team members to build beverage knowledge and confidence.\nFoster a strong beverage culture within the venue, helping create beverage champions across the team.\nEnsure compliance with all responsible service, licensing and company standards.\nAbout You:\nYou are a passionate Sommelier who enjoys sharing knowledge and creating exceptional guest experiences.\nYou bring professionalism, confidence and a genuine enthusiasm for premium wine and beverage service.
