This role requires flexibility across a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDeliver a warm, professional welcome to all guests and residents\n\nManage bookings, enquiries, and updates efficiently\n\nProvide clear guidance on treatments and products\n\nGift card sales\n\nMaintain presentation of reception and spa areas\n\nSupport daily operations and therapist coordination\n\nSupport management with stock take and any ad hoc tasks\n\nPromote services and retail to enhance guest experience\n\nUphold five-star service standards at all times\n\nAbout You:\nYou will bring experience in a luxury spa, hotel, or customer-facing environment, with strong multitasking skills and the ability to remain composed in a fast-paced setting.
