This role serves as the primary liaison between Human Resources, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure system functionality aligns with organizational needs, supports business processes, and enhances the employee experience.\nResponsibilities\nHRIS Administration & Support\nServe as the primary system administrator for Dayforce HCM.\nConfigure and maintain Dayforce modules including HR, Benefits, Payroll, Recruiting, Onboarding, Time and Attendance, Compensation, Performance Management, and Learning.\nTroubleshoot system issues and collaborate with Dayforce support to resolve defects and system errors.\nMonitor system performance and ensure data integrity across all modules.\nConfiguration & Process Improvement\nAnalyze business requirements and translate them into Dayforce solutions.\nConfigure workflows, forms, business rules, security roles, and approval processes.\nRecommend process improvements and automation opportunities to increase efficiency and accuracy.\nParticipate in system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new Dayforce features.\nReporting & Analytics\nDevelop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics for HR, Payroll, and leadership teams.\nEnsure timely delivery of workforce metrics and compliance reporting.\nSupport audits through accurate data extraction and validation.\nPayroll & Benefits Support\nPartner with Payroll to maintain payroll configurations and support processing activities.\nAssist with benefit plan configurations, open enrollment, and eligibility management.\nValidate system calculations and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.\nData Management\nMaintain employee data accuracy and integrity through audits and data validation processes.\nDevelop procedures for data governance and system controls.\nSupport mass uploads, imports, and data conversion activities.\nTraining & Documentation\nCreate and maintain system documentation, job aids, and standard operating procedures.\nTrain HR, Payroll, and business users on system functionality and best practices.\nProvide end-user support and troubleshooting assistance.\nCompliance & Security\nEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations.\nMaintain system security, user access, and role-based permissions.\nSupport internal and external audits related to HR and payroll data.\nPerform other duties as assigned \n\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field preferred.\n3-5+ years of HRIS experience, preferably supporting Dayforce HCM.\nExperience with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time Management, and Recruiting systems.\nExperience configuring and maintaining HRIS workflows and security structures.\nStrong Dayforce HCM administration and configuration experience.\nAdvanced reporting and analytics skills.\nProficiency with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and data analysis.\nUnderstanding HR and payroll processes, compliance requirements, and best practices.\nExperience with data imports, exports, and system integrations.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent attention to detail and accuracy.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\nCustomer-focused approach with a commitment to continuous improvement.\nPreferred Qualifications\nDayforce implementation or advanced configuration experience.\nCertified Dayforce Administrator or related Dayforce certifications.\nExperience supporting multi-state payroll operations.\nExperience with HRIS implementations, upgrades, and change management initiatives.\n\nPhysical Requirements\nPrimarily office or remote work environment.\nAbility to sit and work at a computer for extended
