performance, and security of networks, servers, cloud services, and end-user computing devices.\nOversee system monitoring, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes.\nManage IT asset lifecycle including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposal.\nEnsure optimal performance of LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and telecommunications infrastructure.\nEnd User Support & Service DeliveryLead and coordinate IT support services for all Singapore users.\nDrive timely resolution of incidents and service requests in accordance with agreed service levels.\nImprove overall user experience through proactive support, documentation, and training.\nEstablish and monitor IT service performance metrics and reporting.\nCybersecurity & GovernanceImplement and maintain cybersecurity policies, standards, and controls.\nCoordinate security awareness initiatives and cybersecurity compliance activities.\nManage vulnerability remediation, endpoint protection, access controls, and security monitoring.\nSupport internal and external IT audits and compliance requirements.\nStakeholder ManagementAct as the primary IT business partner for Singapore leadership and functional stakeholders.\nUnderstand business requirements and translate them into practical technology solutions.\nProvide technology recommendations to improve productivity, efficiency, and user experience.\nBuild strong partnerships with business leaders, regional IT teams, and external vendors.\nProject Management & Digital TransformationLead local technology implementation projects and infrastructure upgrades.\nSupport regional and global system rollouts within Singapore.\nIdentify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.\nDrive adoption of digital tools and collaboration platforms.\nVendor & Budget ManagementManage relationships with IT vendors, service providers, and contractors.\nEvaluate technology solutions and negotiate service agreements where appropriate.\nMonitor IT expenditure and support annual budgeting and forecasting activities.\nEnsure vendors meet agreed service levels and contract obligations.\nKey Deliverables\nHigh availability of business-critical systems and infrastructure.\nTimely resolution of incidents and reduction in recurring issues.\nStrong cybersecurity posture and compliance adherence.\nSuccessful delivery of IT projects within scope and budget.\nPositive stakeholder satisfaction and user experience.\nContinuous improvement and automation of IT processes.\nRequirements\nEducationDegree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.\nExperience8+ years of IT infrastructure and support experience.\nAt least 2 years in an IT leadership, supervisory, or management capacity.\nExperience supporting multiple business functions and stakeholders.\nExperience managing third-party vendors and service
