This hands-on position combines RF scanning, inventory, order verification, material consolidation, and cycle counting to help keep warehouse and production operations running smoothly. You'll be responsible for accurately scanning and matching parts, verifying quantities and work orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring materials get to the right place at the right time. If you're organized, comfortable using RF scanners, good with numbers, and take pride in getting the details right, this could be a great fit for you!\n\nResponsibilities\nUse RF scanners to scan, track, and move automotive parts and materials to the correct locations.\nMatch customer tags, parts, quantities, and shipping information to the appropriate work orders and manifests.\nConsolidate parts from multiple totes or locations to improve organization and maximize storage space.\nVerify that parts and packaging materials match the correct work orders before they are sent to production.\nPerform cycle counts using hand counts, calculators, scanners, and scales to maintain accurate inventory.\nInvestigate and locate inventory in current and previous storage locations.\nIdentify damaged, incorrect, or non-conforming parts and follow proper procedures for handling them.\nCreate receiving tags and update inventory information when needed.\nAssist production and picking teams with locating and fulfilling orders.\nWork closely with drivers and other warehouse team members to ensure materials are delivered to the correct production areas.\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following 5S standards.\nFollow all safety procedures and report unsafe conditions or issues to a supervisor.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\n\nQualifications\nHigh School Diploma or GED required.\n2+ years of experience with cycle counting preferred.\nPrevious warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing experience.\nComfortable using RF scanners and basic computer systems.\nAbility to accurately count parts and perform basic math.\nCapability to lift up to 50 lbs.\nCapability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout the warehouse during the shift.\nSelf-motivated and dependable with a strong work ethic.\nMust be able to read and understand work orders, part numbers, and shipping documentation in English.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.\nAbility to communicate effectively with coworkers, drivers, and
